Something's wrong with this picture -- perhaps the man knows something, but it's not from his "Muslim contacts" since the Muslims didn't do the first 9/11. Then again, we don't know WHO exactly participated in 9/11 -- perhaps the Muslims were the stooges, and the CIA/Mossad did the real work.
What I didn't notice until today, was that the FIRST and SECOND World Trade Center attacks were 8 years apart.
2001 + 8 = 2009
I suppose we'll know all too soon (this Friday) if he's right or not. He does have weasel language in his warning "There's a small chance this might not happen, but it's not much of a chance".
Nevertheless, we should always be prepared for a disruption in services. We need to have some extra food, water, etc. and be psychologically prepared for a lot of panicking around us.
Just being psychologically prepared puts you pretty far ahead of most people. But I wouldn't just get "psyched" and leave it at that. You DO need to have some extra gas cans (filled or unfilled), equipment, garden seeds, and several dozen other things.
If it won't come in handy on 9/11, it will come in handy on 10/10 or whenever the Swine Flu II hits this Fall. School's already back in session. Also, we have the ongoing economic collapse.
