This is an amazing talk in which he actually says that the Byzantine Church separated from the Roman Catholic Church when it beatified John Paul II (minute 9:09).

This man is an impostor with dubious (to say the least) consecration who created a schismatic parallel-Church in the Ukrainian-Catholic territories. I also heard that they created their own novel liturgy, but I cannot verify this at the moment.

That their leader made himself "Patriarch" should say more than enough about this group.

They are Catholic though they use the term "orthodox" in their name, it is not capitalized. It looks like they are in the same position as the SSPX at its commencement.

Isn't there a video of this same person declaring Ratzinger excommunicate a few years ago?

ETA: Yes, here it is: He declares JPII and BXVI excommunicate in February 2012. Or, at least that's when the video was posted.

As a general rule, someone who gives himself the title "Patriarch" is just that, some guy with a title he gave himself.
