A new subforum
« on: March 14, 2015, 11:36:42 AM »
Hey, I think it would be a great idea to have a subforum within this site specifically catered to languages such as Koine Greek and Latin (Classical and Ecclesiastical). Not only just to post works (such as in the Library section) but to discuss these works to decipher, translate, etc.

Just a thought.

Also, it would not be limited to Latin and Greek. Syriac, Ancient Egyptian, Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc. would all be more than appreciated.

There are subforums for discussion in Spanish and Portuguese languages in the SSPX portion of this forum.

Hey poche! Sorry, I didn't catch your post until now!

I did see that there are subforums for Spanish and Portuguese. Which kind of gave me the idea that we could extend that to Latin, Greek, etc.

A sub-forum for classical and/or liturgical languages would be an excellent idea.  There are other forums specifically for this purpose, but I am uncertain if any of them are exclusively Catholic.

Either way, it's a great idea.
