Just in time for the Feast of St. Mark the Evangelist, we had a lion of a storm!

The building (below) belongs to the neighbor. The debris is scattered in my yard. We got a ton of rain and a ton of wind.

I wonder if this damage wasn't done by a microburst or small tornado.

Wow, that stuff could have injured someone or an animal. Must have been exciting to watch. There was also a huge EQ in Nepal early this morning. We have a fire going right now because it got very cold.

It happened around 5 in the morning -- we could hear the storm, but we couldn't see anything until morning.

I would definitely assume a microburst did that unless the building was already to fall down. We had the same thing here last spring . Very localized, powerful, and destructive.
