A DREAM OF THE VIRGIN MARY

Quote from: SpiritusSanctus

You are either a misguided Catholic who needs to consult a Traditional priest, or you are a troll who is just mocking the Blessed Virgin Mary and Catholicism in general.

There is a third possibility and that is that Jack is mentally unwell. I have wondered, from the first time I read one of his posts, why it is that he speaks of himself in the third person.

Dreams have meaning, but I doubt very much if he is reporting real dreams.

He certainly is lacking in wisdom. It is unwise to share your dreams with just anybody.

People have strange dreams all the time. Few people have control over the 'screensaver'  that runs while they are unconscious. If I did ever have a dream that included any holy personages, I don't think I would be in a hurry to declare them some kind of message from Heaven. Last night I dreamed one of my toes fell off. Still trying to figure that one out.

to quote Scrooge--(not allowed to spell Charles  Dickens?! wow)

"Why do you doubt your senses?"

"Because," said Scrooge, "a little thing affects them. A slight disorder of the stomach makes them cheats.  You may be an undigested bit of beef, a blot of mustard, a crumb of cheese, a fragment of an underdone potato.  There's more of gravy than of grave about you, whatever you are!"

No more pizza before bedtime.

To Spiritus Sanctus: You have past beyond the point of indignation. You have reached outrage. I understand. Under the protocols of this blog-site, as well as for personal safety, I must remain anonymous to the public, in hiding under different identities, as well as in providing with false leads as to who this poor person named Jack in the Box is. I am however well known to a few. The visionary, as well as Dreamer have contacted the clergy in the past but were dismissed as being either imaginative or to outrightly being in needs of medical treatments. Personally, I report. I am just a writing hand, or perhaps a mere letter carrier who has recently brought a few poorly written notes to the court of this forum. The king of the forum has rejected the message, and now the jesters of this court have began to name-call the messenger. It is all perfectly understandable, however what if the messenger is right? The forum will then put upon itself the burden of obstruction to the Truth.
I'll advance one more step in attempting to prove that the messenger should be taken seriously. Please pay attention to some verifiable facts that I have reported in the recent past. I won't go to trans-continental facts reported, but to mere local facts that happened in the Diocese of Reno.

 1. An indult Mass was offered on August 5, 2011 at 7pm in the Cathedral of Saint Thomas Aquina (Reno, Nevada). This Mass was taken out of the 1964 Missal, and consequently it did not include the Credo. Then this Mass was said in the High-Mass format, which meant that the Three Hail Mary's were omitted. The fact that the choir was composed of only two singers was a clear indication that the Three Hail Mary's were deliberately avoided under the lame excuse that this indult Mass was a "High-Mass". And this is an important detail, because this particular day of August 5 is the Feast Day of Our Lady of the Snow, who happens to be the Saint Patronesses of Nevada.
The affront against the Mother of God by the Diocese of Reno was therefore very clear: Our Lady of the Snow was "honored" with a deliberately mutilated Mass. Also Pope Leo XIII, who is buried in the Lateran Basilica on top of the Esquiline Hill (Rome) suffered a blow by this Mass since the Three Hail Mary's, as well as the St. Michael's prayer, which he asked during his pontificate were deliberately omitted under the pretense of being a "High-Mass". Never mind that during communion, a ciborium was taken from a distant tabernacle, thus giving a nil communion to many, the Mass was an undeclared, but obvious affront against heaven. I reported this mass. I must say that I did not curse anyone (this is my disclaimer).

 2. The Diocese of Reno was victim of many local calamities following this Mass that was not up to the standards expected. First the casino season was bad, and the whole local economy suffered. Then blood was shed in September: A P51 Mustang crashed into bleachers during the week-long Reno Air Race. Many were killed and injured. A following week-end, during a motorcycle event name Street Vibration, a lieutenant of the Hell's Angels motorcycle club of the San Jose, CA chapter got gunned-down by a rival club member of the Vagos. This indicated the beginning of a small street-war on the extended territories of both the Hell's Angels and the Vagos. I reported those events, and said the cause through various channels. I also reported more calamities such as a fire that scorched about 50 residences. I recall Governor Sandoval of Nevada (who is affiliated the Church of the Little Flower) being visibly shook-up, and who later commentated that it was a "miracle" that 400 homes had not been destroyed. I did not report an other massive fire that occurred a month later in the community of Washoe Lake, for it was by then unnecessary to harp-on.

This is who Jack in the Box is: a reporter of events, a writing hand. The facts of those various calamities that have hit the Diocese of Reno may be found written on either the Reno Gazette Journal or the Spark's Tribune. Please look-it up. As far as the reporting of both A DREAM OF THE VIRGIN MARY and of A VISION OF BLESSED JOSEPH, which appear to have Apocalyptic meanings, the decision to either accept them or to reject them is up to you.

I'm not even going to bother responding to the above nonsense.

Dear Spiritus,

Thank you very much for defending Our Lady.

You are a good man.

God Bless you, Spiritus.
