Portugal does not have much. Many of the faithful that attend resistance Masses have visited or lived there and there is very little there. Fr. Cardozo, who tends to various communities of faithful here, has been sent on missions there as well when he was still with the official Society.
Without a doubt, Brazil is the leader in the lusophone world with resistance Masses established in various states and also has the largest number of [lapsed] Catholics in the world.
It's not a matter of getting it off the ground. There are enough people and communities here to do that. It's the designing etc rather. I haven't the first clue about desisning a platform for Catholics to trocar ideas.
It could have a lot of potential in gaining souls to the cause of Tradition. It would also be possible, perhaps, to have a resistance priest or one of his associates be a moderator, unannounced of course.
If I can't get something started, I'll probably just do like everyone else and make a blog and dedicate it to translating information from the English and Spanish speaking world.
