  • Hi bsdman,

I'm not sure you captured the nuance of this discovery.

Adult Stem cells are interesting, but less so, from a scientific standpoint then embryonic stem cells. This discovery effectively reprograms adult cells to have the same interesting properties then embryonic cells, but of course, without all the ethical issues.

    It's quite promising.

  • "And since every scientific experiment just begets more experiments"

Anytime I hear or read about a report on something that would "effectively reprogram cells" I get a sinking feeling in my stomach.  :scared2:

"A patient doesn't care how we got there. They're suffering from a disease and want to get the therapies as fast as they can."

Just a thought..maybe if they would STOP FORCING the frankenfoods, flouridated water, poisoned vaccines & the air full of chemtrails on us as we enter this world & you are lucky to survive it to adult hood...maybe there would not be all this sickness & diseases.
Oh,add manmade viruses to the list too.  :cussing:

  • The way you write it Anty, one might get the impression that life expectancy is shortening with time and modernity.

No...a life full of pain with experimental drugs & having humongous medical bills that will drain you of all you own.

Practically everyone I know has some medical problem.

    You know any sick people?

  • Actually I have been relatively spared from sickness and suffering, I am quite lucky in this way.

Sickness and mortality is very much a part of life I'm afraid.  Not wanting to look like I'm playing ping pong with you, but do you know of any period in history without sickness and health problems.

Anyhow, you file this one under scary news, and I will file it under good news.  It won't be our first disagreement neither our last.

But it's still a big news, at it may transform the whole narrative on stem cells in the coming years.

  • Indeed you are lucky Vandaler!

No I have to admit I don't know of anytime in history without sickness & health problems.

BUT do you know of anytime in history where MAN has been tampering with "reprogramming of cells",food, water.vaccines & air possibly creating more health problems that we would not have to suffer if they would leave well enough alone?

    As I said...just a thought.

  • Add microchips to the list

    Microchip Cancer Report

The animal-microchip study findings were so compelling that one of Mr. Lewan's sources, Dr. Robert Benezra, head of the Cancer Biology Genetics Program at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, was quoted as saying, "There's no way in the world, having read this information, that I would have one of those chips implanted in my skin, or in one of my family members."

  • There is an increase in deseases like, Multiple Sclerosis ( I have it), Lupus, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis. And, these are linked to all of the toxins in our food and the mercury in shots (especially in the 60's). Also, there is a rise in all sorts of problems from the estrogen being dumped in our water supplies which does not breakdown.
Now, personally speaking I suffer from M.S. like I said but there is no way I want any cure and do not care where or how they come up with it. I agree, these Dr. Frankensteins worry me they just do not know when to stop.

Hmm, well, do you know of any more objective reference then life expectancy to measure the net effect of all those factors ?

Life expectancy has increased of about 30 years in the last century alone and it's still climbing due to advances in sanitation, nutrition and public health.

Those are the very things you are complaining about, how do you reconciliate those facts ?

  • Oh,my mother's parents, grandparents (paternal)  & great grandparents (paternal) lived to be in their 90's.
She made it 72. So those 90's should go in my favor should'nt they?
