Yes, it's sad that some people kill animals for no reason, but I think this guy had a good reason. Besides, it was a pit pull, and those animals are monsters (to anyone besides the owner).
A dog is a dog -- and its life is worth little more than a chicken or a cow's life. A human being is worth far more than a dog. This is one of the things that TV has tried to brainwash us with -- a paganesque love of "nature" which goes against the Catholic rational understanding of man's place in nature.
The very idea of "felony animal cruelty" goes against the Catholic Faith. How can something be a felony but not a sin?
ORLAND, Ind. -- An Orland man who was angry that his pit bull had killed his Chihuahua dragged the pit bull to death behind an SUV, police said.
Kevin Collins, 20, was arrested and charged with felony animal cruelty. He remained incarcerated at the Steuben County Jail on $10,000 bail Saturday night.
A woman driving along a county route on Thursday saw the animal being dragged along the dirt road, noted the SUV's plate number and called 911, police said.
Police said they found Collins at his parents' house. Collins told police he dragged his pit bull because it killed his other dog.
Afterward, Collins dumped the dead dog along the road and left it, police said.
If convicted, Collins could be sentenced to six months to three years in jail.
