I've said it before to trads who lament the cost of a degree then the ensuing unemployment, only for me to discover they took a degree in some nonsense like philosophy or "English"-- I've been saying to study science or engineering, otherwise take trade school...(something about the average trad temperament eschews the hard sciences though)
