  • It doesn't matter if your child has no SS # or no birth certificate, they can still get taken. Happens all the time, unfortunately. The only pertinent thing he says here about protecting your kids from DSS or DCS or CPS, etc is to make them show a warrant and don't let them in. Even that won't hold them long, but it'll buy you some time to get your lawyer called or find some sort of plan of action.

  • Yes, it does.  And then the media makes you out to look like some sort of religious zealot.  Especially if you homeschool, have your daughters wear dresses, and have lots of children.

  • If anything, I would say that not getting a SS # and birth certificate for your child is asking for harassment from the state and putting your child in more danger to get taken by the corrupt system. It's a fine line of weights and balances. One must be prudent in deciding how much they are willing to risk to safeguard all of their "rights."

Oh how does it go... "Be ye wise as serpents and simple as doves..."

Depends on the judge. If the judge is a woman, then it's highly probable she'll issue a warrant for the police accompanying DSS/CPS to enter the house and seize the children, even when there is no marital issue between the husband & wife, and there isn't evidence of harm against the children. Most women judges have proven to be anti-family, anti-patriarchal and subversive. They have contributed to the ruin of this nation by legislating from the bench and the aforementioned intrusion against the family. The "god" of many women, and practically all female judges, is the State.

I agree with you on this. A woman judge did this to our friends just down the road. All 7 of their kids- gone. The corruption involved in their case, all supported by this backwards lady judge ruined them forever. They are currently serving two years in jail, had to sell their beautiful 200 acre property for court costs to fight for their kids of who they will not see again unless by some miracle the kids haven't been brain washed enough to come Back when they come of age. Currently the children are split between 5 foster families, and one is In a psyche ward.
The courts are corrupt no matter which way we look at it, but the women in the court system are a particular scourge. I find it revolting for women to want to place themselves in positions of social power. It's disordered and therefore particularly harmful.

Women placed in positions of power in social services/court are terrifying. They think nothing of tearing up families and ruining lives on a whim or to keep a quota.

Demanding they get a warrant just makes them mad and more determined. When they come back you can bet they'll be throwing their full weight around. You may as well pack your children's bags. I know people that this happened to.

I suppose it depends on the case worker. I watched a series of videos done by an ex CPS worker, and demanding a warrant to come in the house was his advise because they usually don't have one, and sometimes they are just too lazy to press it further. Too much work. Some agencies have great incentives to combat this, though. They hand out bonuses for every child removed from the home. Money talks to these folks, I guess. Once they get in your house, there will always be something they can accuse you of.
You are right, though. For some, it just causes them to dig in their heels for a power trip. It does seem that this is an epidemic mostly concerning female CPS agents. A woman out of her natural order, without a care for good will or virtue, in a position of power, is truly a scary thing.

  • My Grandfather taught me all about the consipiracy and how our political system was being changed to promote a police state and communistic control.  He always had the advice that if you are dealing with a govt worker, you should be uber-friendly and super nice, even if you are saying 'no' or asserting your rights.  If you give them a reason to get angry, you'll be in a lot of pain.

In this case, i'd probably ask for a warrant but as i was doing so, i'd tell them that I needed assurance that they were from the govt and that I was concerned of thugs who might pose as 'good CPS people'.  [Then tell them stories you've heard of fake cops pulling people over on the highway and how concerning it is that people would lie to the public and hurt the "good reputation" of govt workers who are trying to "help everyone"]  If you're the husband talking to them, you can even "blame" your wife for being so scared of all this type of stuff and you are trying to calm her down by having evidence.  Using emotion is a good way to explain your resistance and lack of trust.  Good cop/bad cop routine.

If you spin it this way, and compliment the agents in the process, it sounds like you're "cooperating", even when you're not.  Tell them if they get a warrant you'll be happy to let them in and then you'll have security that they are legit and you'll feel safe.

I don't know if it'll work, but it's a lot better than telling them to 'Go get a warrant' and slamming the door in their face.  That's just asking for trouble.

I got contacted by a social worker who wanted to come over to do a "routine" home inspection after my husband was released from the hospital. This is now part of OBAMACARE. Expect it. All elderly patients (over 50) will be assigned a social worker by the hospital.

I was very sweet to her, knowing that if I did not cooperate and did not have enough junk food (Kellogg's cereal, potato chips, etc.) in my kitchen cabinets that she would say that I was starving my husband to death (elder abuse), so I asked for help in obtaining a medical commode and other items for the sick and elderly. She was delighted to provide references and phone numbers, said that I was on tract, and that she did not need to come and visit our home. Whew!
    Lord have mercy.

This is the mentality of a weak coward who allows evil so their own sacrifice is less painful.

Good thing that Congress has gutted many of Obamacare's requirements in the last year.  And end to socialism, hopefully!

Most women judges have proven to be anti-family, anti-patriarchal and subversive.

Perhaps because they themselves could not have one.

I notice that a lot of these women grow resentful as they age and act particularly odious towards those with families. For some reason, they also become very arrogant and think they know it all when it comes to having a family, dealing with spouses, children, etc, when they actually have no clue what is really involved. They just want to criticize and pontificate to others in a spiteful spirit of arrogance.

The entire life of the typical career oriented woman is based on a complete self - delusion. The sight of a traditional woman, wife and mother, is a reflection and bitter remembrance of their own poor choices in life.  They hate it and it becomes a personal matter.

Unfortunately, the traditional family as God established it, has too many enemies today. There are just too many people interested in destroying it. These interests are political, economical, and personal.
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.
