  • Henceforth, will you say "Blessed" when referring to John Paul II?

  • No, nor will I say Venerable. Anytime you see/hear a person refer to JPII as "Blessed" or "Venerable" rest assured that he or she is a modernist.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

I'm inclined to agree with you. But what about this writer:

Ok well, I guess I should have said "with a few exceptions". My mistake. I forgot to add that some Trads or semi-Trads (such as the FSSP) do in fact refer to him as "Blessed". I think it's refering to him as "Venerable" that reveals the person is a modernist.

  • Uh... I don't think so. I rather tell people to make reparation for the great harm he has caused.

(I voted in the poll: thanks for creating that, by the way).

Because the Church, thought the Vicar of Christ, has beatified him.
