  • Actually, he rarely gave me a warm fuzzy feeling, but then I am not particularly inclined to warm fuzzy feelings except where my grandchildren are involved.  

    I didn't say I would have beatified him if I were pope.  I wouldn't have.  But I am not the pope.  The man who is did beatifying him, and it is done now.  Refusing to call him "Blessed" won't change that.

  • Just because he's Beatified doesn't mean we must call him Blessed. I refuse to call him Blessed even if he's canonized.
