Punishment dropped for Christian student who spoke against gαys

A Texas high school has lifted punishment issued to a student who expressed a religious opposition to ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

The 14-year-old Fort Worth freshman told a classmate that “I’m a Christian, and I believe being gαy is wrong,” leading to a three-day suspension, which was reversed Wednesday, though school district officials have not commented on the issue, the paper said.

Too bad you don't see this coming from true Catholic Christians. Protestants seem to be taking up much of the battle, at least where I live.

I actually asked a ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ friend what he thought of this.  His reply:  "The kid was not rude or hostile.  He simply expressed an opinion politely.  Punishing him for this was beyond stupid."
