Yes, this has been 40 years in development. I don't understand your snarkiness, unwarranted and, well, asinine.
You said:
A CathInfo member keeps posting this info, but unfortunately so many aren't getting it.
Is that statement not snarky? Is it not asinine?
Which CI members aren't getting "it"?
What is that "it" they aren't getting?
How do you know that "so many aren't getting it"?
I get that you are, just like Miser, upset about what's going on at a U.S. Military Academy (and Miser also posted info from Europe). Lectures and papers about perspectives, trying to anticipate, what the Military might be confronted with in the future, and which topics they will have to academically cover to handle potential challenges.
This stuff has been presented on CI in the context of the current scamdemic. As if all the putative future technology were not only existent today, but even used in the vaxx. "Look what they expect to be feasible in the future, then they do it in secret already."
In 1969, José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado published his book "Physical control of the mind; toward a psychocivilized society", while the public watched a fake moon landing, making people believe, that after the nuclear weapons hoax in Japan, now they "control" even "space". While people gaze at brain-computer-interfaces, actually the remote-control already worked even before Gutenberg invented the printing press.
It's not the technology, it's the content. It's not material, it's spiritual. Whether theater, games, books, journals, radio, tv, internet, the content is the poison, not the technology. The lies. The narratives. You don't need a brain-internet-interface to remote control people, you just need hollywood, fake images of nuclear tests, stories about dinosaurs and evolution, where even idiots evolve from nothing, big-bangs, dark matter, non-existent invisible viruses, six trillion survivors of a holyhoax, etc. pp. (even the mark of the beast is not a literal brand, it's the way you think, the way you act, says the Fathers)
I forgot to mention Frankenstein and alchemy. Upset contemporaries believe that you can jab some amorphous Graphene-Oxide into the blood of a bunch of skilled or unskilled workers or sluggards to use 5G communication technology and you have a usuful army of "Cyborgs".
That's all hollywood, and not reality.
