The efforts of the Global Elite are to enable an environmentally-based economy within a one world government. This includes replacing the currency and economic structures in place.

The Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) has announced that they will stop printing pennies. The RCM have unveiled a digital RFID-chip based currency that can be loaded up, stored and spent in-store and online.

The RCM calls this currency MintChip; which will be a virtual payment method accessible through microchips, microSD cards and USB sticks.

This RFID-chip currency is collaboration with the US corporations and research and development outfits. Ian Bennett, president and CEO of the Mint explains:

Crazy but the latest issue of IEEE Spectrum has the cover "The Last Days of Cash", and the main article states that an electronic economy will soon replace money as we know it. They are getting people ready to accept it, that's for sure. Almost the entire issue is dedicated to money- its history and future. The articles are "Let a Thousand Currencies Bloom", "The Beginning of the End of Cash", "Blood and Money", "Cashing Out", "A Brief History of Money", "Virtual Currency Gets Real", and like three more articles on electronic transactions. As I said, the entire issue is money-themed, and most articles seem to suggest a cashless society would be so much better.

  • This is all fine and 'scary', but I don't hear much from 'our camp' about how a trad is  to respond to this.  It's like this +Fellay thing; we knew it was coming, but it's like it 'blind sided' and dumbfounded the faithful.  Now what?  I think I'm prepared for this day-should I be around to see it, but I wonder if I'll feel like the only trad not willing to give into this maddening scheme.  I guess that's what I like about 'when you got nothing, you've got nothing to lose'.  What are they going to take?  Certainly not my Faith.

You might be surprised to hear that there are very many active communes in America. They grow their own food, sew their own clothes, and basically live a happy, peaceful existence. One would think they wont need to be chipped. Although they might be forced. What did Jesus say? Head to the mountains! Thats where I will go when #$%& goes down, and I will get along just fine hunting and fishing. Honestly looking forward to it, I havent had a mountain vacation in a long minute..

That word 'commune' is certainly accurate, but what a throw back to the 60's.  Those same people trying to escape the 'world' as they knew it are now the ones embracing it and even fanning the flames of it.  Blind!
Anyway, I like your idea.  If you see a tall, skinny, old man walking along with a simple cane pole fishing rod, a back pack, and Heaven knows what else, that's me.  We'll catch some fish, say our rosary and hope our shoe leather holds up.   :guitar:

  • "And he shall make all, both little and great, rich and poor, freemen and bondmen, to have a character in their right hand, or on their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, but he that hath the character, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name".

  • From another thread this is said:
    Ascetik said:
I believe this timeline is the accurate one, so I do not believe the 3DD of darkness would happen this year. I have been studying Eschatology for about 12 years, and it happening this year just makes no sense when it is studied in unison with other prophecies.

    I go by this timeline:

    http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_jCLJb9lPZaQ/TIZhVleZasI/AAAAAAAACgc/1uF-WTIHguA/s400/prophecy-timeline.jpg

I believe we are at the very end of the dotted line at the beginning since we are about to engage upon WWIII.

You should also read this entire blog post, it is exactly the same position I take and which I have held for years, I just never wrote it down, this guy did, so I was astounded he was on the exact same page as me with regards to all this:

Catholic Prophecy by The Catholic Knight

    I think I agree.....FWIW....
