Once again, they arrest an innocent man and then charge him with "resisting arrest" -- which is the most ridiculous thing I can think of at the moment.

In my area, the Kane County of Illinois, Geneva, St. Charles and Batavia, they began a mandatory drunk driver program. When they pull you over, ( according to the radio even massive question ALL weekends) the police do a blood draw on the spot now. There is a 24 hour hotline to judges to given an over the phone warrant. They were quite upset on 560 a.m. because of the immense possiblity of abuse by authorities.
