Things look more like she prefers to reject our Lord and his Church and go to hell. Rather than celebrate, one should pray for her to convert.
As far as I know, there are constantly more than 1000 Germans in jail for "thought crimes" related to dictated views on history.

Having heard some of the talks of Ursula Haverbeck and interviews in the past years on her personal web page and on youtube, she appears to staunchly hold on to the ideas of the Christengemeinschaft, an "anthroposophic" cult designed by Rudolf Steiner. Her husband had been a minister in that cult. Steiner's spritual ideology is a mix of anglo-indian theosophy (Blavatsky), rosicrucianism, Gnosis, and Idealistic philosophy.
I don't think that it is a good idea, to put Ursula Haverbeck on par with St. Ursula.

Regarding myself, I am not a University professor; I am not a Chemist; I am not a technician; Like the judge and prosecutor, I am dependent on the statements of witnesses and experts with regard to the nature and character of Auschwitz.
But for twelve years now I have travelled from one end of the BRD (Federal Repubic of Germany) to the other in order to participate in the trials of comrades and in my own; trials based upon paragraph 130 [Race hatred laws] of the German criminal code. By this experience, I have been able to gain a deep isight into the nature of the judicial process here in the Federal Republic.
Many judges, - including German judges - regard paragraph 130 as incompatible with Article 5 of our Basic Law [which guarantees Freedom of Speech and enquiry, etc.]. Perhaps even you have your doubts, Lady Judge [a woman judge has been assigned the case].The case involves crimes "committed" by the National Socialists. It is undestood to concern the h0Ɩ0cαųst. The question, as to whether the h0Ɩ0cαųst was actually committed, may not be put. The question itself is already a crime, because the crime is obvious.
By this means a "Stop" sign is deliberately put in place to thwart the scientific research of History: it is forbidden to proceed any further; it is forbidden to conduct research into this subject. Clearly what we see here is a symptom of weakness [of the case against us]: a subjective assertion becomes the thing claimed or assumed [a postulate].
This trial is not a conventional trial, that is, a trial to consider whether a crime has been committed. Here we have two contrary, opposed opinions, each based on received but contradictory sources. Neither of the two parties, neither the prosecution nor the defendant has personally, directly been victim of an alleged crime. So it is not a question here of crimes but of opinions. It is a question of seeking the truth of a historical happening / event. That can not be the task of jurists; that is the task of independent historians.
Neither the Memorial centres [at Auschwitz and elsewhere], nor the SPIEGEL editor[Fritjof Meyer] have ever been charged with "denial of the h0Ɩ0cαųst". On the contrary it is said that the Spiegel editor verified (that is, he reported truthfully), which is not a criminal offence. Therefore how does it come, that to this very day German citizens who question the Six Million victims of the gas-chambers, are dragged into the courts and condemned to fines or prison sentences ? That has got nothing to do with a proper legal system. That is pure arbitrariness. But how could it have come to such a state ?
It is all due to the fact that paragraph 130 is incompatible with the Basic Law.
The question of whether Auschwitz was an extermination camp or a work-camp, can not be decided by this court. One should not forget that for forty years Katyn was taken to be a crime committed by the Germans. Then the Russian government handed over to the Polish government the proof that Stalin had ordered the crime; and so it was clearly proven that the Bolsheviks had committed the crime.
Lastly here is an indication that Jews and Israelis - two of whom I know personally- long for and yearn to be liberated from the h0Ɩ0cαųst and from the chosen people. Gilad Atzmon, a renowned, Jєωιѕн saxophonist and author made the following public statement at a meeting in Bochum in the year 2005:
"Put an end now to your guilt-complex. The h0Ɩ0cαųst is an invention of the American and Israeli secret services."
Now that is an opinion that may be false or true. But under no circuмstances can it be a crime. That would be the end of a free, liberal state based upon the rule of law. There is no sign of shame or human rights concerns in the country, with the judge in the latest case stressing that Haverbeck will continue to be punished until she learns to keep her mouth shut. One can only imagine the outcry from liberal NGOs if Iran, China or Russia imprisoned an elderly woman just for questioning the government’s line.
Haverbeck’s powerful spirit has become an inspiration for patriots in Germany and around the world. In 2019, she ran as a European parliamentary candidate from behind bars and received 25,000 votes, which was highly upsetting to the European media establishment. Every year on her birthday, hundreds of Germans rallied outside her detention center demanding her release.
Intellectuals and activists across Europe, the Americas and Japan have expressed dismay over her mistreatment and the lack of freedom in the land that claims to be a “democracy.” At JVA Bielefeld, where Haverbeck was housed, prison officials struggled to process the avalanche of letters and flowers their famous prisoner received throughout her sentence.
For Germany’s oldest prisoner, it’s clear that she will not cower before the wrath of the Jєωιѕн groups directing careerist bureaucrats. It’s in the German state’s reputational interest to stop tormenting Haverbeck, yet the West’s religious fear of debate over what occurred during the Second World War continues to take precedent over all other concerns.

The court rejected an appeal by the 93-year-old for convictions in 2017 and 2020 handed to her for repeated instances of h0Ɩ0cαųst denial (https://www.dw.com/en/un-general-assembly-adopts-german-israeli-proposal-against-h0Ɩ0cαųst-denial/a-60490310).
"You're not a h0Ɩ0cαųst researcher, you're a h0Ɩ0cαųst denier," the presiding judge said in the courtroom, adding "it's not knowledge you're spreading, it's poison."
Serial h0Ɩ0cαųst denier

She then received a further 12-month-long prison sentence in 2020 for publishing an interview online in which she again made statements that denied the h0Ɩ0cαųst.
The judge said Haverbeck's actions came from her own beliefs and that the decision to jail the 93-year-old had been necessary as there was no alternative.
"There's nothing that will stop you," the judge told Haverbeck. "We won't have any impact on you with words."
'nαzι Grandma'
Haverbeck repeatedly claimed that Auschwitz was "not historically proven" to be a death camp, claiming it was a labor camp instead. An estimated 1.1 million people were murdered at the camp in nαzι-occupied Poland; 90% of the victims were Jєωιѕн.
Dubbed "nαzι Grandma" by the German media, had also been convicted in other parts of Germany. She served two and a half years in prison in the western German city of Bielefeld in 2018.
She has also been handed numerous fines for her comments. Her lawyers in Friday's case had asked for her sentence to be lowered to fines or for her to be released.
This plea was rejected and future changes to the sentence are no longer possible.
