Trump decreed Operation Warp Speed which is led by a former head of research from GlaxoSmithKline (Big Pharma company). He is a bioelectronics expert and, according to the Financial Times, is one of the leaders on brain-machine interface. He has Op Warp Speed set up to coordinate with the Department of Defense and arranged them to buy mass quantities of syringes amounting to two syringes per American. They will be used for "vaccination" and/or implanting a chip with the person's medical history/vac passports. It's set up with digital coding so they can put in a database who got what "vaccine", etc. Despite Trump saying "it's for voluntary vaccination," it's organized and set up for a state-by-state mandate, and the health code and plandemic is a pretext to radically increase central police powers. It's the greatest non-consensual human experiment of taking nanotechnology, gene editing, gene altering materials, heavy metals, biowaste and aborted fetuses, and injecting it into million, if not billions, of people. It's a serious violation of Nuremberg code and principles. The agenda is to hook every human body up to a "cloud" and their ability to buy and sell will be determined through it.
