No, the last straw is long gone, it's just that this forum should have no time for fake news. But if it is accurate, surely all hell should break loose.

It is from a known fake news site and this site is the source of all other places the story appears.

Besides, it does not sound like Pope Francis; it is not ambiguous enough.  If it were him, he would say it without saying it.
