Soncino is the most 'uncensored' english version of the тαℓмυd.

Other english translations censor the offensive passages and footnotes so as not to stir the ire of any goy who happens to read them. They are replaced by symbols indicating that these censored parts be taught orally.

The babylonian тαℓмυd, traditionally written in hebrew, has several english translations, soncino being one version. So, it's still the babylonian тαℓмυd, soncino being the most true english version to date.

However, it is still said to have some censored bits. The head nasi of the revised sanhedrin, Adin Steinsaltz, is said to be working on an even more 'uncensored' english version.
