Me pergunto por que dom Curzio (para mim ainda um desconhecido; não achei nada SOBRE ele; ainda nem aparece no Wikipedia... LOL) defende tão veemente Mons. Williamson. Todo ser humano tem um movente. Qual seria o dele?

Apenas para reflexão pessoal dos leitores, ofereço a tradução deste artigo de Dom Curzio, que está pronta desde Julho e que eu estava hesitante em publicar.

Observação importante: Como está sobejamente esclarecido em algum lugar do meu blog - provavelmente no menu acima (Leia Antes, Comentários... Quiçá?! I don't care) - o que eu publico não é necessariamente a minha opinião. E, CATEGORICAMENTE, não é a posição oficial (ou oficiosa) da FSSPX, tendo em vista que, ao contrário do que presumem equivocadamente umas pobres almas desavisadas e sem uma adequada orientação sacerdotal, EU NÃO SOU A PORTA-VOZ SULMATOGROSSENSE DA FSSPX. Nem ad hoc.

Mas saibam todos que eu rezo por estas almas também. Afinal, é uma das Obras de Misericórdia Espirituais ter paciência com os tolos. E eu tenho. Ahhh! Se tenho!

O caso Williamson-Nahrath 2010

1) Em meados de novembro 2010, o bispo Richard Williamson decide de se fazer defender da acusação de revisionismo pelo advogado Wolfram Nahrath. Então, pede a seu primeiro defensor, o advogado Matthias Lossmann, se ele aceitaria defendê-lo junto com Nahrath. Lossman rejeita a proposta e Mons. Williamson retira-lhe o encargo.

2) Em 18 de novembro, o advogado Nahrath informa via fax à juíza Eisvogel que o advogado Lossmann renunciou ao encargo e que será ele (Nahrath) que defenderá Mons. Williamson.

3) Apenas 32 minutos após o envio da mensagem - por fax – de Nahrath à Dra. Eisvogel, a redação do semanal Der Spiegel liga ao advogado Nahrath e lhe pede explicações sobre sua futura defesa legal do de Mons. Williamson.

4) No dia 19 de novembro, o mesmo Der Spiegel publica a notícia segundo a qual o advogado Nahrath é um representante político do partido neonαzιsta alemão, motivo pelo qual Mons. Williamson seria um filo-nαzιsta. Na verdade, o partido nαzιsta alemão é ilegal desde 1945, e Nahrath faz parte do Partido Nacional e Democrático (NPD), um partido de extrema direita, mas não nαzιsta. Portanto

Krah e o sionismo

1) O advogado Lossmann havia sido escolhido em 2009 pelo advogado Krah para defender Mons. Williamson. Mas Krah, objetivamente (o coração ou as intenções subjetivas os perscruta somente Deus e a Ele deixo o julgamento) havia participado à campanha na mídia contra Mons. Williamson, estourada em 20 de janeiro de 2009, através de entrevistas dadas ao jornal radical-socialista Der Spiegel de orientação política muito semelhante à do semanário italiano L'Espresso do engenheiro Carlo De Benedetti.

2) Além disso, Krah é um militante do Partido Democrata Cristão (CDU), da chanceler alemã Ângela Merkel, um partido liberal, libertário, pró-aborto, pró-divórcio, pró-uniões livres e também das homossexuais, e, portanto, não certamente melhor, quanto à Fé e à Moral, do NPD ao qual pertence Nahrath. 3) O advogado Lossmann, escolhido por Krah para defender Mons. Williamson em 2009, pertence ao Partido dos Verdes (Die Grünen), que é, como na Itália, um partido de extrema esquerda de '68, pró-aborto, divórcio, homossɛҳuąƖidade, pedofilia, eutanásia, pior ainda, quanto a anticristianismo, que o Partido Nacional Democrático (NPD), ao qual pertence o dr. Nahrath.

4) Finalmente, e esta é a parte objetivamente mais interessante (não vou cuidar de todos os outros assuntos relacionados a este caso), Krah participou (contra factum non valet argumentum), em setembro de 2010, em Nova York, junto com ex-alunos da Universidade de Tel Aviv, a uma coleta para ajudar os estudantes judeus da diáspora a irem ao Estado de Israel para serem formados na Universidade de Tel Aviv; se podem ver as fotos de Krah e seus companheiros, descritos como israelitas. Os fatos mencionados acima são descritos em um comentário publicado em dezembro de 2010 (EXCLUSIF: les dessous de l'affaire Williamson).

5) A resposta de Krah aos comentários suscitados chegou no final de Dezembro de 2010, publicada no site Ignis Ardens. É bastante esclarecedora e desconcertante. Desconcertante porque objetivamente ameaçadora: "Agora conheço aqueles que me caluniaram e eles verão...".

a) Esclarecedora porque, se tivesse sido de fato caluniado, Krah poderia ter respondido para esclarecer ou poderia recorrer aos tribunais para obter justiça, como era seu direito, e não às ameaças para intimidar ("vos conheço, vão ver");

b) porque Krah admite: "Em setembro, recebi um convite espontâneo de um amigo advogado para esta noitada muito agradável na Galeria Witzenhausen, onde conheci pessoas fantásticas vindas de Israel, Estados Unidos (judeus e não judeus), e alguns europeus que estavam em Nova York. Era uma normal reunião anual. E, naturalmente, houve uma festa de gala para a caridade. Foi o que houve";

c) Finalmente porque Krah não nega a coleta de fundos para a Universidade de Tel Aviv, que não é um simples bate-papo com hebreus, coisa perfeitamente lícita. Não é importante se o advogado Krah seja de origem israelita, o que conta é a Fé não a etnia. Krah se professa católico tradicionalista, e isso é basta. No entanto, a atividade filo-sionista, realizada por Krah, é uma ação lícita e legal em si, mas dificilmente conciliável, moral e dogmaticamente, com a profissão da Fé católica tradicional e pré-conciliar. Este é o ponto objetivamente relevante deste caso.

São Pio X (o Santo padroeiro dos tradicionalistas) respondeu, em 1904, a Theodor Herzl (o fundador do sionismo, 1896), que lhe havia pedido de reconhecer o movimento sionista e o eventual Estado de Israel: "Enquanto Israel não reconhecer Cristo como Messias e Deus, a Igreja não poderá reconhecer o sionismo e Israel". Assim, objetivamente, entre o catolicismo e sionismo há incompatibilidade e a dupla filiação não é lícita.

Atualidade do caso

1) Nestes dias ouvimos e lemos que se pretende denunciar à magistratura aqueles que se ocuparam do caso Krah.

2) Após o julgamento de Mons. Williamson, em 04 julho de 2011, na Alemanha, Maximilian Krah deu uma entrevista objetivamente caluniosa e ultrajante contra o bispo britânico.

"Mons. Richard Williamson tem um profundo problema de desconexão da realidade, a cada dois anos, com uma boa regularidade, acredita no fim do mundo (...). Penso que se poderia defini-lo um tipo extravagante (bizarro, estranho)" [1].

Infelizmente, ninguém interveio, nem digo para defender Mons. Williamson, mas até mesmo para apaziguar os espíritos e convidá-los a uma maior educação no uso dos termos usados contra ele. Ninguém tomou distância das ofensas objetivas e públicas dirigidas por um fiel leigo católico-tradicionalista, como se afirma Krah, contra um bispo católico. Não é objetivamente correto.

3) Então, me sinto moralmente obrigado a tomar uma posição pública sobre este caso, não para fazer fofoca, nem processos às intenções, mas para tentar estabelecer a verdade objetiva dos fatos. Quero esperar que isto ainda seja legalmente lícito, pois moralmente não há dúvida. Espero alcançar êxito em meu propósito. Se eu estiver errado, me corrijam. Por isto escrevo publicamente. Se a denúncia que se ameaça ajuizar é feita para apurar a verdade do que foi escrito sobre Krah, essa é lícita. Se ele foi difamado deve ser ressarcido, caso contrário se reconheça a verdade dos fatos. Se aquele que ameaça com a denúncia foi caluniado, o recurso à justiça é de dever também para defender o seu bom nome, mas é gravemente incorreto trazer à baila a equiparação antissionismo/antissemitismo e o antijudaismo ou a instigação ao ódio racial, e denunciar como antissemita quem levantou a questão: se a dupla filiação ao sionismo e ao catolicismo tradicional[2] seja lícita. Agora só podemos esperar e torcer, sem especulações desnecessárias, que seja esclarecido este caso, o qual é objetivamente inquietante, e é melhor que seja resolvido.

4) Até agora não quis me ocupar com este assunto, "cuja parte financeira, étnica e 'complotística' não acho objetivamente relevante". Esperei respostas convincentes, que dissipassem qualquer dúvida sobre a compatibilidade entre a Fé Católica e a ideologia sionística. Uma resposta veio de Krah, mas é uma intimidação mais do que uma resposta ou esclarecimento. Agora parece que se deseja responder. Esperamos e desejamos que seja feito corretamente e não persecutoriamente e que a verdade triunfe sobre a dúvida, que tanto mal fez e está fazendo aos católicos fiéis à Tradição apostólica e ao Magistério constante da Igreja, que a partir da Nostra Aetate (1965) reconheceu um crescendo rossiniano[3] de cessão ao judaísmo pós-bíblico. Se alguém quiser me denunciar por ter expressado estas preocupações sobre a coerência e a lhaneza de um certo modo de pensar e agir, que assim seja. "É melhor obedecer a Deus que aos homens" (Atos dos Apóstolos), que - se assim fosse – se afastam dos caminhos do Senhor.

I don't know if this one was ever posted here, so I thought I'd add it. Prompted by someone's question in another thread, but I don't want to clutter up the SSPX "deal w/ Rome" threads with more "Krahgate".

Take away with you the idea that all those participating in this course are thinking globally and want to act globally.

Under the same section read this:

“On completing EMBA-Global, you become a life-long member of an exceptional, international alumni network totalling more than 75,500. Right from day one of the programme, you have access to this unparalleled pool of knowledge, business experience and networking opportunities.”

Take away with you the idea that this is no mere business school, but one that has as its intention to create a global managerial elite that will stay in touch with one another in the various businesses that their students embrace.

Under the section “Programme Details” read:

“Core courses are taught in a residential study block format that means you study over several consecutive days per month - alternating between London and New York.”

Take away with you the idea that you can drop in and see your friends fundraising for Tel Aviv University. Convenience itself – killing two birds (perhaps even Palestinians who are not “friends” of Tel Aviv University) with one stone!

From the same section read this:

“EMBA-Global has one intake each May and runs for 20 months.”

In the section on “Admission Requirements” please note:

“The calibre and diversity of EMBA-Global students is one of the key strengths that differentiates the programme from the world's other executive MBAs. The admissions process ensures that you will be studying alongside the brightest and the best.”

Take away with you the idea that this is the place to be for globalist wannabees.

In the same section, note some of the other requirements:

“a successful career trajectory with progressive experience over a number of years, managing people, projects, budgets or other resources.”

“transnational responsibilities or evidence that you are working towards these.”

“a worldwide perspective, with international exposure and aspirations, and an interest in building global networks.”

Go to the section on “Fees” and read:

The fees for the May 2011 intake of the EMBA-Global Americas and Europe programme are $144,156* (the equivalent of roughly £93,000 or €110,000.)

Fees include:

• Tuition
• Course materials, including most textbooks
• Accommodation for all teaching blocks through the first three terms
• Accommodation for the required International Seminar or Assignment.**

The first * indicates that fees may change at any time. The second ** indicates “One International Assignment or Seminar is included in the tuition fee. Needless to say, additional seminars and assignments are “encouraged” in order to boost your “networking experience.” But take away with you this idea: that the fees are extortionate for a five term, twenty month course. However it should be noted that if you, or the company that you work for, has the money to undergo this training you are clearly one of “the brightest and the best.”

Go and look at the section, Emba-Global Class of 2012, and look at the list of companies who have people registered on this course, which we are told leads to “friendships for life built through this intense transformational experience” - Citigroup, Maersk, MTV, Ericsson, HSBC Bank, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Goodyear, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, Nomura Holdings, CBS, Deutsche Bank, Hoffman La Roche, World Bank BASF, Merrill Lynch, Barclays Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse.

One final point before we cut to the chase.

Under “admission requirements,” it says:

“Employer support for the time you will be out of the office is required to apply to the programme. You must provide a signed letter from an authorised person within your company stating that they agree to allow you the required time away from the office to complete the programme. The authorised person may be your department head, president, CEO or head of HR.”

I regret that the run-up to the point has been lengthy, but the background is vital in understanding the portrait being painted. We are, naturally, coming to understand the background of Mr. Krah as a member of the Emba-Global Class of 2012.

In the Class of 2012 mug shots that you can access online, you will see that a standard format has been used: the student’s name, the student’s nationality, the student’s professional position, and then the company worked for. This is where things become interesting for avid students of Krahgate.

Max gives his name and nationality and profession, the latter being “lawyer.” The obvious company that ought to appear here is the legal firm of which he is a partner:

Surprisingly it is not. Well then, ought it not to be Dello Sarto given that he is listed as the Manager of that company?

It ought to be, but it is not. He lists as his employer the Jaidhofer Privatstiftung, the private Austrian Foundation, founded in 2006 by the SSPX. Why this choice? There must be a reason, but there cannot be many. Could it be that his legal business is not doing well, or could it be that alongside Citigroup, Microsoft and Credit Suisse, it looks rather puny, specially for someone who clearly wants to be among “the brightest and the best”? Whatever the reason, why not Dello Sarto given that he is listed as the Manager of that newly minted entity? Perhaps it too does not cut the ice? Why? Perhaps we need to scroll up a page or two to remind ourselves of something – that one of the entry requirements is “a successful career trajectory with progressive experience over a number of years, managing people, projects, budgets or other resources.” Clearly, for poor Max to get into the circle of “the brightest and the best” he had to demonstrate that he had wide experience and was used to handling “budgets” [meaning serious money] and it is plain that his peers at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and the rest have that experience in aces.

Go back to Emba-Global Class of 2012 and read the profiles of any selection of the students, and you should be struck by one thing: that the Jaidhofer Privatstiftung looks totally out of place if it is just a small business legal structure to aid the growth of the SSPX. When Max sat down to fill out his online application form, he would have been forced to choose the business structure that presented him to his potential Emba-Global colleagues in the best possible light.

One thing is for sure. Given that the Jaidhofer Privatstiftung is listed as his employer it means per his application - “Employer support for the time you will be out of the office is required to apply to the programme. You must provide a signed letter from an authorised person within your company stating that they agree to allow you the required time away from the office to complete the programme. The authorised person may be your department head, president, CEO or head of HR” – THAT SOMEONE AT THE HEAD OF THIS SPPX FOUNDATION AUTHORISED KRAH’S ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAMME.

This undeniable fact – because like so much else that has been brought to light is in the public domain – leads to a number of questions:

1. Who in authority signed this letter?

2. Why was he given this letter?

3. What possible benefit could the SSPX hope to gain by enrolling this Zionist agent on a massively expensive course designed for recruitment to a global managerial elite in thrall to the nєω ωσrℓ∂ σr∂єr and its worship of Mammon?

4. Did Krah pay for this course out of his own pocket or did the Foundation pay?

5.If he did, is the Jaidhofer Privatstiftung paying for his time when he is not working for them?

But the big question is this: WHAT IS THE JAIDHOFER PRIVATSTIFTUNG, AND WHY DID KRAH BELIEVE THAT THIS WOULD LOOK GOOD ON HIS APPLICATION TO EMBA-GLOBAL? THIS IS THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION: WHAT IS THE JAIDHOFER PRIVATSTIFTUNG, AND WHAT WAS THERE ABOUT IT THAT CONVINCED THE EMBA-GLOBAL CROWD THAT MAX WAS ONE OF THEIR KIND? ANSWER THAT QUESTION, AND WE MAY BE CLOSE TO ANSWERING WHY A ZIONIST HAS SO MUCH CONTROL OF THE SSPX’S FINANCES AND WHY THE SPIRIT OF ARCHBISHOP LEFEBVRE HAS BEEN INCREASINGLY AND OBVIOUSLY PUSHED ASIDE IN FAVOUR OF AN INDULT-LIKE “TRADITIONALISM”

Peter Josef Müller replaced Peter Hochstrasser on the Board of Fidartis Revisions AG on the 9-7-10 with him having Joint Signatory Authority. Furthermore, Dello Sarto AG appointed Fidartis Revisions AG as auditors the month previous.

Whoever the anonymous source was, I thank you for your diligence in getting to the root of what is becoming more and more of an enigma. For the record, I would like to draw the attention of readers to the following small, but significant, points.

1. Both Muller and Krah joined the Board of Laetitia AG on May 29, 2009, and both have individual signatory rights. In fact the company was actually registered commercially on that very day.

2. The address of Laetitia AG is given as c/o Bader Law Firm, Grafenauweg 6, 6304, Zug/Train, Switzerland. “Zug” is the German for the town, “Train” the French name. A number of other firms, not associated with the SSPX, also operate from this address, and which give the Bader Law Firm as their point of reference. It would appear, therefore, that this address is little more than a brass plate on a postal box. Why not just list the law firm’s address in Zurich, specially given that any mail to Zug/Train is going to be redirected anyway?

3. Interestingly, the address of Dello Sarto, of which Krah is the named Manager, is exactly the same as that of Laetitia AG. Moreover, when you click on “Contact” for Dello Sarto or for Laetitia AG at http://www.moneyhouse.ch you find that there is no telephone number, fax number, email address or website listed.

4. In other words, Laetitia was commercially registered as a company in Switzerland just ten days before Fidartis Revisions AG took over as auditors of Dello Sarto AG, and Muller joined the board of Fidartis just one month later. A lot of legal/commercial work in such a short time.

5.A Google search for “Bader Law Firm, Switzerland” brings up nothing obvious, but google “BADERTSCHER Rechtsanwälte AG (Zurich)” and you will find it at

It is noteworthy that this firm deals in the international commercial language, Hebrew. More significant, however, is the question: WHO ADVISED THE SSPX TO ENLIST THIS LEGAL FIRM AND WHY? Is it really the case that the preservation of the Society’s patrimony and the raising of money – small sums according to Fr. Laisney’s recent posting – for the expansion of the Society’s work requires such high-powered and expensive lawyers, or is that I have misunderstood something and all these people are giving their time and effort free of charge, or even, “members of our faithful”?

SSPX Superior Bishop Fellay's Zionist Business Partner Kicks Günter Grass' Corpse

More than one month after Günter Grass published his poem identifying Zionist fanatics and their nuclear weapons as the actual threat to world peace; weeks after the subsequent media lynching of Grass in response, SSPX Superior Bp. Fellay's lawyer, asset manager and general business partner, Maximillian Krah arrives in the wake of the fray to get a few kicks in himself. We shouldn't interpret Krah's tardiness as mere cowardice, however. Lord knows, with Bp. Fellay's repeat performance of the 1960's Bolshevik takeover of the Church reaching its finale, Krah must be a very busy man; there being so many laity-financed properties in so many nations to account for.

The context of Krah's attack on a Zionist-ravaged corpse is an apologia pro Israel Fictus (defense of Counterfeit Israel) in the style of Ordo Templi Orientis' Judaic guru, James Wasserman according to which 'Israel' is the bastion of Western civilization and bulwark against 'Islamic barbarism' which threatens to overrun the world and rob us of Scholastic learning, music, wine, mini-skirts and Madonna-- no, not the mother of Jesus venerated by Islam and mocked by Judaism--but that Kabbalah-imbued floozy called 'Madonna' who Krah 'likes' according to his Facebook page.

In defense of Counterfeit Israel, Krah invokes the spectre of Islamic misogynist tyranny while failing to mention that .

Shall we follow Templar Krah into a crusade against a spectre of tyranny to the benefit of another far more anti-Christian tyranny?

For all Krah's rhetoric in support of Scholastic learning, there's none evident in his thinking. Neither is there much understanding of the founder of the SSPX who rightly viewed Judaism as a greater evil than Islam.

Can this lawyer of such extreme philo-Judaism not be aware of the тαℓмυdic equivalents or worse examples of nearly every outrage Islam is accused of, or is he just employing the тαℓмυdic double-standard?

If any reader happens to run into Krah, perhaps they might ask for his thoughts on the rabbis of Judaism giving themselves permission to betroth 3-year-old girls by raping them. This is the authoritative teaching of the rabbis of the тαℓмυd and that towering 'sage' of Judaism Moses Maimonides that informs that depraved nation which Krah calls "Israel," and this barely scratches the surface of Judaism's depravity.

Nearly invariably, real or imaginary Muslim outrage invoked as justification for the Zionist crusade can be matched or exceeded by Judaic outrages nearly invariably permitted by rabbinic law which are covered up by the kosher establishment of which Max Krah is clearly a part.

Krah's apologia, like all Zionist apologetics, presupposes ignorance, moral depravity, pharisaic love of double-standards or some combination thereof in its audience. There is nothing, literally, nothing for a Christian to support in the Jesus and Mary-hating, master-race religion of Judaism and its terrorist, nuclear-armed base of operation, Counterfeit Israel.
