France was the first daughter of the Church and is called such by many many popes. She was chosen amongst all nations to be the Church's special protector in the temporal sphere. Clovis was named the lieutenant of God on earth. The french kings have a unique coronation ceremony reserved for them alone and given to no other Catholic monarch. It is a deacons ceremony that shows the french Kings their special role in the temporal order instituted by God. The modern revolution philosophically started in France and the blood phase of the revolution also started in France. Until France and her people return to the altar of Rheims on their knees and accept their king once again, the world will not be right. St. Padre Pio spoke about a special Kingly power that is in France that is in eclipse that will be shown to the world when the time is right. That power is probably the great monarch. When you think of the great monarch, think about the hebrew King Joshua and his restoration of true worship in Fallen Israel. It will be quite the parallel. Also, think of Judas Maccabeus. He will be like both these kings. The final battle before that ushers in the Age of Mary will be decided in Europe and in the domains of the French King and not America. I have often pondered what our part will be. I hope that our part will not be absolute destruction like Atlantis. I think that Americans will be used for good once our house is put in the proper order. Interesting side note, Tolkien knew about these prophesies when he wrote his books. You can see the great monarch parallels in them.

An interesting sidenote --

No country that has apostatized has ever re-converted to the Catholic Faith.

BUT...America was never a Catholic nation. We never "had our chance" as it were -- so maybe there's hope for us. God only knows.

America was Catholic west of the Miss in addition to Fla and the Gulf coast long before Protestants ever got here. It is true that the UNITED STATES  of America has not been a Catholic nation. Significant parts of the upper midwest were also Catholic before being admitted to the union.

Is the river of American affluence being swallowed up?

The Fall of the United States of Babylon!

We must also reference Isaiah 33:18 which reads as follows: "Thine heart shall meditate terror. Where is the scribe? Where is the receiver? Where is he that counted the towers?" Isaiah 30:25 also declares, "And there shall be on every high mountain and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall." Quite obviously, the fall of the World Trade Center was a time marker indicating the fall of latter day Babylon! Rivers and streams in the high hills is a Bible metaphor for prosperity, which suddenly began to change to economic catastrophe. These are also days of great slaughter in American Babylon by means of abortion, manufactured epidemics, and "vaccinicide."

But people of Armenia say that it was Armenia who accepted christianity more than 1700 years ago!

It was, but the monarchy of Armenia was not blessed and crowned by the Pope as were the French.
