    OK, well, there certainly are signs of a someday-to-come persecution, however, placing this particular article into present day perspective, what would you have the government do with these sex offenders and other felons?  Not evacuate them?

    Thinking this through, I guess, if they don't want them on the same bus as with children, elderly and disabled, then, I guess they could just put them on a different bus.  The arm bands don't make any sense.  *light goes on*  But then again, how would relatives know to where there detained relations had been relocated?
