  •  Suspect captured after brutal assault on 61-year-old Asian man
    Posted: 29 Apr 2021 05:39 AM PDT
DailyKenn.com — Images of a 61-year-old East Asian man being brutally assaulted in New York City led to the capture and arrest of 49-year-old Jarrod Powell.
    The attack was unprovoked.
Images show Powell allegedly stomping the victim's head on a sidewalk in broad daylight on a busy street.
The victim, Yao Pan Ma, remains in critical condition.
    Take aways ...
    • Neurologists claim the human brain matures at about age 25. At age 49, the suspect's brain if fully developed at will likely not mature further.
    • Far-left extremism continues to blame white supremacy for black-on-Asian attacks. That is likely because white people are considered the oppressive bourgeois in the Marxist template. Non-whites, or "people of color," are considered the oppressed proletariat. Marxism rearranges reality to fit their paradigm.
    • Some apologists for black crime say recent black-on-Asian attacks are attributed to the Covid virus, sometimes called 'China flu,' and all East Asians are perceived as purveyors of the virus. However, black-on-Asian attacks occurred years before the virus emerged.

Ma's wife was at the event but was too upset it speak. Instead, community activist Karlin Chan passed along her message.

"The Ma family understands this is the act of a single depraved individual and has nothing to do with the community of Harlem at large," Chan said.

Ma, a Chinese immigrant, was collecting cans on Third Avenue and 125th Street in East Harlem Friday night when he was attacked from behind and repeatedly stomped on as he laid helpless on the ground.

A bus driver called the police after seeing him unconscious.
