Interesting follow-up to this.  The same OP was posted in multiple forums and the initial response on Te Deum was along the lines of "Oh that horrid Suscipe Domine!  We welcome Cassini to post here."  He did, in fact, join.  Cassini just did a "this is my last post because I am about to get banned anyhow" post there.  

This is further evidence that the OP may have been an overly one-sided presentation of events.
