  • We are surrounded by sociopaths, not that I'm naming any names, but it is the death of charity. I notice it more and more. People are so sure of themselves, so sure that they are the good ones, without any logic to it. Everyone else is wrong and they are right.

The other day someone cut me off on the freeway, a guy and his girlfriend, then to add insult to injury, they looked over at me and began making faces to show how much I bothered them... Gee, I'm sorry I wanted to merge onto the freeway and not go into a divider! Can you please forgive me, good people?

I have another friend who was hit by a lady in her car, while on his bike ( he is a messenger ). He was going to leave it alone, but then she began yelling at HIM. So he went to the police, lol. We truly live in a society where someone will run you over, then try to sue you for making them late for work. The idiotic small-mindedness of people today would be amusing if it wasn't terrifying. It really is a world of narcissistic sociopaths. But I thank God for the lesson, because now I truly understand why CHARITY is the greatest of all virtues.

It is actually kind of fun to play with them, these sociopaths. They think, in their pride, that they can never be defeated, that they will get everything their way. While a good Catholic entrusts himself to God and is sheltered under His wings. That is true power. These people are not just bringing a knife to a gunfight, they are bringing a pea-shooter to Armageddon. They trust themselves rather than the Almighty and His mother, His saints and angels.
Readers: Please IGNORE all my postings here. I was a recent convert and fell into errors, even heresy for which hopefully my ignorance excuses. These include rejecting the "rhythm method," rejecting the idea of "implicit faith," and being brieflfy quasi-Jansenist. I also posted occasions of sins and links to occasions of sin, not understanding the concept much at the time, so do not follow my links.
