    • I wonder when Northerners will stand aghast in horror when they will finally realise the damage Sherman and Sheridan put on the South, which was terrorism, with the thanks and gratitude of Lincoln?

    I wonder when the British and Americans will stand aghast in horror at their many criminal acts during World War II like the British bombing German cities first, the firebombing of Dresden, 'Operation Vegetarian,' the firebombing of Tokyo and atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, etc. which Churchill, FDR and Truman all ordered? I wonder when the Americans and British will apologise for their mistreatment of the Irish?

    Neither Americans nor British have any moral ground to talk about superior morality, especially Americans, acting like Elmer Gantry and saying how other nations are immoral.

    • At least with regard to Germans, she alludes to a clear fable.  But Southerners?  "Human tragedy" seems to overstate and overly dramatize even the myths of which we have been accused.  But public schools and pop culture has been in the business of downgrading morals and creating "minority"-lovers for the past 50 - 70 years.
