"Roberts had dissented in the 2016 case and said in a concurring opinion that while he still believes that the past case was wrongly decided, he was ruling with the majority in the present case due to court precedent."

So he knows better -- and gave an unjust ruling anyhow!

He is NOW RESPONSIBLE for whatever extra babies are murdered in Louisiana from now on.

I wouldn't want to be him at the Judgment...

Uhm, it's precisely the job of the Supreme Court to determine whether precedents should stand or be overturned.

I'd argue he's a 100% True Blue conservative.

Conservatism is an intrinsically liberal philosophy. It's right there in the name! It takes the whole liberal myth of "progress" and "change" as a given, but argues, mealy-mouthedly, for permission from the Left-Progressive Alphas to conserve a few of the trappings of tradition and morality along the way. But just for a time. These eventually get jettisoned too.

The "libs" the "left," whatever you want to call it, is merely the locomotive of the Progressive "train." The "conservatives" are the caboose. People can hem and haw about if they like, but the caboose eventually - inevitably - arrives at the same destination as the locomotive. It just takes a little longer to do so.

He was selected by former President Bush who is another pseudo conservative.
