In that context, its safe to say New York City's Commission on Human Rights is a hate group.
Specifically, the commission released a statement threatening to punish those who say "illegal alien" with a $250,000 fine. The commission earlier enacted a ban on employers and landlords using gender pronouns other than those preferred by employees and tenants, according to Fox News.
Controlling speech is a key component of thought reform and brainwashing. When the government controls our speech it's called "systemic thought reform." They are controlling out minds.
