    A staggering third of Americans have had a romantic relationship with an artificial intelligence system, according to a new study from Vantage Point Counseling Services.
    Approximately 28 percent of adults said they have had at least one intimate or romantic relationship with AI, the survey of more than 1,000 U.S. adults found.....

  • Even if you think it is a good fit for yourself Tom, I don't think you should get an AI "girlfriend" - I think it is probably immoral.

    Yea the survey was by a therapy association or something like that.

    So it might not be totally thorough. But I do buy that it is a lot.

    It's pretty wild out there, and this fits that bill.


    People are lonely... and seriously weird.

  • Intimate or romantic is pretty loose definition. I’ve see the trend of people pushing the romantic aspect through sex bots and such but intimate I can see people sharing what’s considered intimate details with it. Just look at facebook and such people will tell the government all kinds of “ intimate” details
