I guess what I'm saying is that I don't understand what "trust" means. If +Vigano says something we don't agree with, then we disagree with it. We don't know him or have any interaction with him. What would be at stake if someone believed that he was a solid Traditional Catholic but then he started celebrating clown Masses ... other than disappointment? It's not as if he's somehow going to lead Traditional Catholics into error. If anything he's drawing some of the conservative Novus Ordite fence-sitters toward the right. He's actually swung well to the right of SSPX at this time.
