According to Lucy Faithful Foundation in 2009, a child protective charity that deals with female sex offenders, up to 64,000 (sixty-four thousand) women in the UK are child-sex offenders, and the number of women abusing children is rising.

It is utterly unimaginable that women should behave in this way but if society goes endlessly down the path of imparting a ‘false’ masculinity to women it is probably inevitable.

I disagree.  We'd have no right to lock them away when they're already on an island.  They should be able to exercise their free will and try to swim for it.
