What do you mean, "promise to help perform future abortions"? They know how evil the operation is. You don't force nurses to sign promises to "help with future appendectomies".

They know it bothered her, and they're threatening her job, etc. since it makes them feel guilty.

Hopefully the whole lot of them will convert BEFORE they end up in Hell for eternity. They're really going to regret it. Committing such a heinous evil -- and for what reward? A few hundred dollars?
