Private Catholic Schools
« on: May 31, 2026, 07:10:56 PM »
Just stumbled across this.  It appears in one province in Canada, even the NO parents are getting fed up with the Catholic schools under their Diocese and have started 12 of their own schools, probably for those who can't homeschool.  In that same province there is only one SSPX school.  Looking over some of their offerings, it's nice to see grammar, logic and rhetoric offered.
Necessity is the mother of invention.  At least they get A for effort so far,  they are starting to slowly wake up (I hope).
Each school below has a website.

Related: Looks like the same thing is happening in France. 5000 classes cancelled, 530 in private {Accredited I  think),... but 400 class openings in Independent schools. Bottom line: Parents are fed up with "Experts/pedagogists", as these experts are advancing the Knew WhirlD Hackgendah...Uneducated masses are  very easy to manipulate = godless=socialist>slave labor
AI Translation.

"...As the presidential elections approach, the 'Fondation pour l'école' [Foundation for the School] published an Ifop survey on the expectations of the French in terms of school organization, freedom of choice and support for families. Its director, Michel Valadier, was interviewed by 'L’Homme Nouveau' media.

Excerpt: What prospects for improvement can we hope for outside of contract, which remains in the minority and almost absent from presidential programs, all political movements combined?

In fact, non-contract [INDEPENDENT] only represents 4.4% of schools in France, but we must observe their dynamics because they were non-existent thirty years ago. Last year, there were 5,000 class closures in the public sector, 530 in the private sector under contract and 400 class openings in the private sector without contracts.
This could inspire those who want to reform the school.

Free schools play a bit of a spur role because they are a symptom of the failure of the reforms initiated by    “pedagogists”    for more than fifty years. The School Foundation will interview candidates for the presidential election to ask them how they intend to take this reality into account. Moreover, it turns out that many of these non-contract schools would not refuse to pass their classes under a type of contract provided for by the Debré law of 1959: the simple contract. This has unfortunately been neglected by most Catholic schools who prefer the association contract, even though the latter is much more restrictive, particularly in the application of programs. We therefore intend to ask for easy access to the simple contract for primary but also secondary schools which request it because they are today almost systematically refused for budgetary reasons.

I listen to the radio for news.  Canada is in lots of trouble and people want out.  Euthanasia referred to as MAIDS, is really bad.  At least 15 USA states have taken in MAIDS. Medical Assistant Initiated Death (?)  They are into body parts.  Age is no limit.  Their medical is very bad.  And of course dioceses are going to be rotten, including the dioceses schools.

Actually we don't want out.  We want those in power out.  We don't pay for health care here but the wait can be deadly.  As for MAID that is spreading all over the world, not just Canada, Europe is even worse.
I wish everyone even thinking about MAID would have to watch this very short video  and read the full explanatory article.  I lost two cousins, a brother and sister, to MAID two years ago.
