  • A broken clock is right twice a day.

    Quote
Speaking to a group of pharmacists and other medical professionals gathered for an Italian medical conference, Pope Francis encouraged them to keep working to protect all their patients, including those who are still in the womb.

“I have been very clear — [abortion] is homicide and it is not licit to become complicit,” he said, according to the report.

"Be not therefore solicitous for tomorrow; for the morrow will be solicitous for itself. Sufficient for the day is the evil thereof." [Matt. 6:34]

"In all thy works remember thy last end, and thou shalt never sin." [Ecclus. 7:40]

"A holy man continueth in wisdom as the sun: but a fool is changed as the moon." [Ecclus. 27:12]

    Sounds about right to me.

Just got to wonder, did he share this line of reasoning with his recent visitor from the United States?

She'd never tell if he did.

  • Did he say anything about marketing contraceptives?
Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,
Let it be what God has planned, His new Eden where You reign.

Probably not. Bergoglio's presentation depends solely on his audience. It's a better way to "dialogue" with people.
