My cell phone doesn't tell me anything. It's an old style flip phone, pay as you go. It has voice calls, voice mail, non-internet text messages, non-internet photos, and can be used as an address book, to jot down reminders, grocery lists, and as an alarm clock. That's entirely sufficient for my needs. Besides that, I have an old tablet. I don't use social media like Facebook, etc. Adds that pop up, I mostly ignore. If I want information or to purchase something, I look for it as I've always done. I wouldn't allow strangers to enter my home and spoon feed unknown substances to me or my family, or to teach or make political speeches. Why would I allow the electronic equivalent?
If I'm not mistaken, the distress this would cause most people is recognized as a mental illness! So, what is it if I'm unaffected?
They're coming to take me away, Ha! Ha! Ho! Ho! They're coming to take me away!
