I  imagine we can all agree that the Mexicans, Jews & Blacks are the worst when it comes to being obsessed with their ethnicity and that the Irish & Italians aren't far behind.

The question is who is the worst of all & MO is that the Mexicanas. This is not a cheap shot at true Latins & Hispanics. :ready-to-eat:
Many Mexicans put ethnicity over Faith about 200%. The icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe is basically a symbol of Mexican heritage before any religious faith in many of them, Latinos too.

I find that during contrast exams, blacks are tachycardic with their heart rate.  Blacks also have a separate GFR value from white people when it comes to lab values.
Furthermore, unlike whites and asians, blacks and hispanics are typically prone to immediate nausea after an injection of contrast.
Is it frowned upon within the medical community to acknowledge such physiological differences between white folks and colored folks?

The differences are acknowledged when needed.  If you start talking about these discrepancies, people get uncomfortable.

I once read that Noah cursed his sons, and that they separated into three general tribes, and that after the fall of Babel, the angels guided each different tribe of men to different corners of the Earth.  I could be wrong, though.  Probably some sort of gnostic crap from the Dead Sea Scrolls or something like that.  You know, something you'd hear about from Art Bell.
