SWITZERLAND, Zurich — As previously reported by Truther.org on June 27, 2013, the Obama administration, at the behest of the CIA, is plotting a bio-terror attack on the New York City Subway (MTA). Aside from having the means, the motive and the opportunity to execute a major bio-terror attack, the government is the only entity with the resources to plan, organize and drill for a major bio-terror operation.

As evidenced herein, on May 29, 2014, the #7 train line in New York, the Tottenville Station of the Staten Island Railway, and an Amtrak bridge on the Shore Line East (SLE) which operates along the Northeast Corridor, were all taken out of commission simultaneously (see below). Therefore, it now appears that a wave of subway and train-related terror attacks are planned for the greater New York City area, one of which will be likely be a bio-terror attack.

As depicted in “The Bio-Terror Bible”, the genesis of the 2014 bio-terror pandemic will be a “made-for-TV event” whereby millions will witness a bio-terror outbreak on “live” television. This so called bio-terror “event” will likely occur when the agents known as anthrax (Bacillus anthracis) or smallpox (Variola major) are released into a controlled environment, such as a subway system.

The notion that U.S. trains and subways are being targeted by “terrorists” was revealed on March 18, 2014, when police in California arrested a man who planned to attack the Los Angeles subway system. According to reports, Nicholas Michael Teausant was arrested on suspicion of attempting to provide material assistance to a foreign terrorist organization. Teausant reportedly told an informant working with the FBI that he and his friends discussed “hitting” Los Angeles subways on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

The first general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an underground rail system like a subway, the attack will most likely be of a bio-chemical nature (e.g., sarin, smallpox, anthrax, etc.). Since passengers are already below sea-level, it’s far easier for them to be trapped and suffocated by the bio-chemical agent, making the likelihood of them contracting the infectious disease all the more likely. This particular scenario was witnessed in the Tokyo Subway Sarin Attack of March 20, 1995, and will likely be witnessed once again in New York City under the Obama administration.

The second general rule of rail-related terror is that if it’s an above ground rail system like Amtrak, the attack will most likely be of a conventional nature (e.g., guns, explosives, etc.). Conventional attacks create a gruesome scene for all the public to see which provides a staging ground for government-owned media camp out and salivate over the attacks. In essence, the scene of the crime becomes a round-the-clock news center. This particular scenario was witnessed during the Madrid Train Bombings of March 11, 2004, and the London Train Bombings of July 7, 2005, both of which share distinct earmarks of state-sponsored terror (see: “7/7 Ripple Effect” and “Madrid 3/11”).

In the aftermath of the bio-terror rail attack, so-called “domestic terrorists” or “Jihad” terrorists will likely be scapegoated. However, similar to the 9/11 Anthrax Attacks (which infected 22 people and killed 5), the source of the biological agent will most likely be the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The historical record reflects that none other than USAMRIID supplied the Ames anthrax strain which was used in the post-9/11 bio-terror attacks.

A major bioterror operation would cost millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars, all of which would be needed in order to blackmail scientists, steal or develop the agent or virus, weaponize it, deliver it, and execute the operation without getting arrested or properly investigated. The sheer logistics, security, communication, and cover-up needed before and after a major bio-terror attack is so daunting, there is only one entity (the U.S. government) even capable of carrying it out.

After a major bio-terror attack on the New York subway system, the panicked public will be issued poisonous vaccines by the government and medical establishment. As those individuals who took the first vaccines begin to die, the government will likely state that the outbreak is spreading or has mutated and will subsequently issue a mandatory vaccination order across the country in order to “control” the outbreak, ultimately killing millions.

I. NEW YORK RAIL TERROR:

1.1: #7 Train Taken out of Service
Back on May 29, 2014, service along most of the #7 train line in New York was suspended over the weekend for “track work”. According to the MTA, #7 trains in both directions between Times Square-42nd Street and the 74th Street-Broadway station were shut down. The service disruptions were reportedly due to several construction projects taking place along the #7 line, including the “removal and replacement of old track panels” which had reportedly gotten old. Whether the #7 train was outfitted with explosives is not known, but a similar situation occurred just prior to the London Train Bombings of 7/7. Needless to say, a terror attack on the #7 train would rehash the memory of the July 7, 2005 attack. Said explosives could be detonated via remote control at a later date in order to give the appearance of a coordinated terrorist attack. In an ominous sign that the #7 train is doomed, it was reported on June 1, 2014, that New York subway riders got trapped in a smoke-filled #7 train.

1.2: Staten Island Railway Derailment
Back on May 29, 2014, a train allegedly derailed at the Tottenville Station of the Staten Island Railway. According to the MTA, it happened around 6:36 AM after the train went off the tracks when it hit a bumping block at the station. Because of the derailment, the MTA stated that there would be no Staten Island Railway service between Pleasant Plains and Tottenville in both directions.Whether the Tottenville Station or parts of the Staten Island Railway were outfitted with explosives is not known, but a similar situation occurred in respect to the NEC Amtrak terror plot exposed by Truther.org. Said explosives could be detonated via remote control at a later date in order to give the appearance of a coordinated terrorist attack.

1.3: Amtrak Bridge Closure
Back on May 29, 2014, the Connecticut Department of Transportation closed an Amtrak and Shoreline East railroad bridge due to a “stuck gear”. According to officials, the reported failure occurred during “testing” at about 3:30 AM. The bridge was reopened at 9:00 AM the next morningafter a 6-hour lapse. Whether the timely closure provided the necessary cover for the installation of explosives in and around the bridge is not known, but the same type of incident occurred back in November of 2013 in respect to an NEC Amtrak terror plot exposed by Truther.org. Said explosives could be detonated via remote control at a later date in order to give the appearance of a coordinated terrorist attack.

II. NYC SUBWAY BIO-TERROR DRILLS:

2.1: Tri-State Bio-Terror Drill (March 8, 2014)
In what appears to be a terror drill for a New York City-based bio-terror attack targeting rail-related transportation, it was reported on March 8, 2014, that the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) executed a terror drill which simulated a bio-terror attack and train derailment. According to reports, members of fire and rescue companies, State Police, county Hazmat teams, and representatives from the office of emergency management conducted a “major drill exercise” which involved an unknown hazardous waste later identified only as “chlorine”.

2.2: NCY Subway Bio-Terror Drill (July 9, 2013)
According to an April 24, 2013, report by Fox News, the New York Police Department is teaming up with the U.S. Department of Energy’s Brookhaven National Laboratory as part of a $3.4 million federal grant to, “study how chemical weapons could be dispersed through the air into the subway system”. According to reports, the bio-terror drills will be conducted during the month of July in all five New York City boroughs where researchers will track the movement of “harmless tracer gases” which “mimic how a chemical or biological weapon may react if released.” Naturally, NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly reportedly stated that the study will help safeguard the city against attacks. As reported on July 9, 2014, the NYPD releases “harmless gases” into the New York Subway for “chemical weapon study”.

Prior to an unprecedented rail-related bio-terror attack, outbreak and subsequent pandemic, the public must be psychologically programed to think that this is in fact possible. Aside from the Georgetown student who was arrested for making the bio-terror agent “ricin” in his dorm on March 23, 2014, there are currently 18 ongoing outbreaks, 14 of which are in the U.S. Needless to say, the staggering number of biological outbreaks suggests that a state-sponsored bio-terror attack is imminent.

V. RAIL TERROR FLASHBACK:

5.1: FLASHACK: Super Bowl Transit Terror Plot
Back on February 2, 2014, Truther.org published a terror alert in respect to an impending bio-terror attack on mass transit during Super Bowl XLVIII in New York City. Coincidentally, in what appears to be the “clean-up” job, it was reported on February 2, 2014, that an emergency situation occurred at the Seaucius train station in New Jersey due to a “collapsed” Super Bowl fan. The train station, which is only 2.6 miles from Met-Life Stadium, appears to have been the chosen bio-terror attack location and therefore a fabricated “emergency” was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives and/or bio-terror agents which has been inserted into the mass-transit station. The emergency provided a convenient window whereby the train station could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.

5.2: FLASHBACK: NEC Amtrak Terror Plot
Back on November 26, 2013, Truther.org published a report entitled, “Amtrak Train Attack (SSTTA): Northeast Corridor (NEC) Terror Attack Imminent”. Low and behold, 5 days later on December 1, 2013, 4 people were killed and 48 injured in an alleged “derailment” of Metro-North passenger train in New York City, which is coincidentally located in the Northeast Corridor (NEC).  Evidently, the “accidental” train crash was orchestrated in order to provide the necessary cover for intelligence agencies to dispose of the explosives which had been inserted onto the track for the impending attack. The wreck provided a convenient window whereby the train tracks could be cleaned up without drawing any suspicion.
