    • They advertise for crisis actors usually to TRAIN for a catastrophic event, but historically many of these training events go "live" and can be added among our mass shooting and bombing tragedies. The premise of a training event many times dissuades law enforcement and other first responders from responding as rapidly thinking the event is just an exercise. This happened with 9/11 and Sandy Hook.
