Muslim Who Raped Teenage Girl Acquitted…The Reason Why Is Insane

(TeaParty.org) – So-called “multiculturalism” has effectively lead to the death of Europe.

Now, it is more common for European courts to bow to the will of Islam than it is to uphold law and order.

Even, and especially when, young women are raped by Muslim migrants, a heinous crime that is becoming the norm in many European countries.
A French court recently acquitted a Bangladeshi rapist due to “different cultural norms,” because apparently rape and sɛҳuąƖ assault are perfectly acceptable in the West when the assailant is from a Muslim-majority nation.

In 2015, the unnamed refugee was accused of raping a girl and sɛҳuąƖly assaulting another, both of whom were underage. He was given a suspended sentence of two years for the sɛҳuąƖ assault, Voice of Europe reports.

According to the La Manche Libre, the French Newspaper Voice of Europe cited, experts who investigated the accused assailant noted that in Bangladeshi culture, “women are relegated to the status of sɛҳuąƖ object.”

The migrant was 18 at the time of the rape, and according to the victim, a 16-year-old girl who went to the same high school in Saint-Lô, France, he forcibly kissed and grabbed her genitals.

He insisted she consented, and police closed the case.

Four months later, however, he was arrested again.

Jihad Watch Director Robert Spencer explains that the so-called “cultural norms” are impossible to divorce from Islam, the majority religion in Bangladesh.
“Why can’t France enforce its own ‘cultural norms’?” he asks. “Why can’t any Western country?”

Spencer referred to the victim of a Muslim rape gang over in the UK, who revealed that her assailants quoted the Quran during her attacks, explaining they believed what they were doing was perfectly morally acceptable.

 
Spencer explains that the Quran “teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sɛҳuąƖ use,” citing several passages that justify sɛҳuąƖ abuse of “captives of the right hand” (Quran 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30).

The Quran says: “O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59)

Spencer explains that “The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused and that such abuse would be justified.”

In Germany last month in a gruesome, but an all-too-common case of Muslim gang rape, an 18-year-old woman attacked by eight men outside a disco, seven of whom were Syrian migrants.

In September, during a trial for Muslim “grooming gangs,” an English woman testified that starting at the age of 13, she was “passed around” between 100 men.

Last year, the British government’s senior legal advisor claimed that Muslims convicted of raping young girls and women were being sentenced far too lightly due to “political correctness.”

At that time, a child-rape scandal involving 17 Muslim men and one woman in the city of Newcastle Upon Tyne had captured widespread attention, as the migrants had been convicted of raping more than 100 underage English girls as young as 13 years of age.

Then, in June of this year, an Iraqi immigrant was arrested for murdering a 14-year-old Jєωιѕн-German girl, which increased criticism of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s open-borders policy. Many called for her to resign.

In March, an Aghani migrant was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Maria Ladenburger, while in December of last year, another Afghani migrant was arrested for murdering his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend.

If this is the cultural norm in Muslim countries, their culture has no place in the West. Unless we want to see the West destroyed.

The OP fails to mention that in London, England, there are two court systems, the English court which uses English law, and the Mohammedan court which uses Sharia law. 

The Tea Party article did not mention this very real problem.

Do not certain areas within the USA also have two parallel legal systems where Muslim men can get away with rape and murder (honor killing)?

Texas tried Sharia law in certain cities, but I think it was barred by the higher courts.

The MSM seems to have a dark cloud of silence over this topic. 
A friend with relatives in Michigan informed me that an area around Dearborn MI has a Sharia courthouse.
When a Mohammedan wants to sue a Christian, he can do so in his own Sharia court and it seems the Bill of Rights is not observed.
I haven't heard about what happens if the non-Mohammedan appeals to a higher court. Good question.

Moslems believe that men can persecute women, so there have been some cases in the USA.
I heard of one where a Moslem father tortured and killed his daughter for speaking to a Christian man. 
Somehow he got off on that case.
Other times, a woman who marries a Mohammedan can find her children have been flown to Arabia, never to be heard from again.
