Is someone going to post the TRUTH about MLK this year?

Short version: he was no saint, that's for sure.

I'm positive there are some good posts and articles on CathInfo on this topic, if you do a search. I wish someone could dig up some good stuff.

“Martin Luther King Jr ‘watched and laughed’ as woman was raped, secret FBI recordings allege.

But despite [the FBI's] attempts to spread the story of King’s 'sex orgies' and 40-plus extramarital affairs, the story never appeared in (((the media))).”

"King held unorthodox views on theology, which he expressed during his time at Crozer Theological Seminary. In a paper (http://books.google.com/books?id=jzEqRY71zv0C&lpg=PA229&ots=lKYVVCxz9m&dq=) he wrote for a systematic theology class he cast skeptical aspersions on the doctrines of divine Sonship, the Virgin Birth (”. . . the evidence for the tenability of this doctrine is too shallow to convince any objective thinker”), and the Resurrection (”. . . the external evidence for the authenticity of this doctrine is found wanting”)"

Also total apostate.

Yet (((saint))) to the seculars. A couple images to put some salt in our Catholic wounds:

This one was installed in a Novus Ordo church in 1977

Happy MLK Day. If you watch the media, you'd be convinced that Martin Luther King singlehandedly cured world hunger. How? Shut up, it's MLK. You're watching MSNBC.

Trayvon Martin with a suit and an explicitly Protestant and faggy name. Next.

I love the fact that his speeches, which were once played ad nauseam on this most Federal of Federal holidays, are no longer aired.  Why?  Because his greedy extortionists, er, I mean family, wanted WAY TOO HIGH a price to license his copyrighted recordings.

I will admit that he was a great orator, and that his speeches were something to hear. However, until the copyright on them runs out, I doubt if we'll be hearing any of them any time soon.  I suppose that's a blessing in disguise.

Good, I already hear enough Communism when someone assaults me with any kind of TV or radio.
