Argentina’s new President-elect Javier Milei is set to convert to Judaism.
The politicians spokesman has confirmed Milei, who is a staunch ally of Israel, will officially convert.
While visiting New York this week, before he met with any politicians, he immediately visited the tomb of famous orthodox rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson’s grave to pay respects, wearing a kippah.
On Saturday he appeared as a Jєωιѕн ceremony in Buenos Aires where he received a blessing from another rabbi.
