  • He is in court tomorrow at 10.30am. I shall be there. There is a legal challenge to a particular bill.

    Quote
Tomorrow Judge Gilligann in court no 3 will rule on the faith of over 300,000 families of this state, there will be No Media reports about it, no mention of the thousands of families that will break up, no mention of the hundreds of tormented souls who will take their life’s, no mention of the hundreds of thousands of childhoods destroyed, No, No mention!!

As I write this, my heart weighs heavy, for I realise tomorrow the states vastly experienced Barristers and solicitors will squash my attempt at saving hundreds of thousands of people from what my family and I have like thousands like us experienced, I accept most here are only concerned about issues that affect them directly.

Sadly this challenged tomorrow will affect everyone reading this, for it could be your family, your brother or sister being evicted or your relative or loved one who takes their life, what do you say to their children when you look into their eyes and see their pain then? What will you think of yourself?

For weeks I have asked for help on this site and other social media sites looking for constitutional barristers, solicitors. I pleaded and begged for assistance, spent night and day on the phone and emailing in vain. Regrettably other that 5 people, yes 5 people who offered physical help and there support no-one else cared.

I don’t have any solicitors or Barristers, but I will walk into court tomorrow and give all I am and hope and pray god will help me. I write this notification and remember a saying I heard a long time ago, “you can tell by a society on how they treat their elderly and how they look after their most vulnerable” it would seem we love talking about change, but not acting to achieve that change we seek. Thank you to those 5 people
