Not by any stretch of the imagination has Mel been forgiven by the tribe.

  • After watching "Hacksaw Ridge", I've concluded Gibson has become a liability to Christianity.

This movie promoted 7th Day Adventist ecuмenism and misleadingly removed anything Christian from the battlefield.  Not even one "Sign-of-the-Cross".

There were a lot of Catholic priests out there.

In effect, Gibson is working for the Jєωs and will do anything to stay in the Hollywood game.

Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

  • Such is the satanic tribe's simulacrum of forgiveness: (((they))) deign to allow public showing of abject submission.

I have wondered since I saw the trailer for this movie why in the world Mel didn't write a movie about all the Battlefield Priests.  This is a tremendous story to tell--a story of real men, who risked their lives to save the souls of men in the rages of war.  They also wrote thousands of letters home to wives and parents, reassuring them that their sons did not die alone and without the sacraments.

  • I really... really hope a talented Catholic movie-maker comes forth to sweep away Mel's Gibson's Trad market.

There are so many inspirational movies waiting to be produced to help influence people to come back home to Our Lord and the Faith.

    You are right.
There are a multitude of saintly priest battlefield stories to make movies around.

Leave Gibson to Holly-Jєω-wood and his college-girl mistresses.

Unless he makes a miraculous change, his Scapular will burn his neck and payback will come when he least expects it.

  • Is it just me or is there something really "off" with the idea of a soldier not liking / using weapons in battlefield? why in the world would Mel do that? especially nowadays, with all the liberal, leftist, anti-gun brainwashing?. It is very bad timing for such a movie! I saw the previews for it but as soon as I saw what was about I became instantly disappointed and decided not to even watch it. I may be wrong or misunderstood the previews, though, but from what I saw and if I am a correct about the plot, that is not even remotely Catholic and it could actually be perceived to be yet another attack on manhood.
If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

I saw "The Passion…" as the Sorrowful Mysteries.

It seemed a (super)natural followup to do movies on the Joyful and Glorious Mysteries.

Unfortunately Mel chose to follow the compass below his belt.

The ѕуηαgσgυє of Satan is in a frenzy to depopulate the planet. Disarming their intended victims is a key move towards depopulation.

Sadly, Mel seems to be toeing the (tribe's) line on this.

He should know by now that there is no way ever to curry (((their))) favor or forgiveness. He will only fall to ever more abject submission that (((they))) will use as an object lesson for anyone who dares to cross them.

    Key concept. No exceptions.
