    You're welcome.  Read in good health, bodeens.  600 pages... lots to digest and well cited.  Lots of follow-on reading material there.

    And, interesting that much of what was written 60 years ago is still *very* relevant today.... in many ways, more so because it's so obvious through the lens of history.
