    A group of Catholic Portuguese Monks have revealed the meaning of the 666 number.

    what is the 666 number?


    Revelation 13:18
    This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.

    The first 66 are the number of books in the protestant Bible, the last 6, number of a man is Luther 6 letters, 66 and 6= 666

    BTW, I read something about Luther's mother changing her surname due to its' meaning "beast".

    I probably picked it up from a conspiracy theory on the internet but I always thought it had to do with a  future monetary system.

    • That is interesting! Luther surely did cost millions of souls to be lost forever and still does it to this very day. He desecrated the bible by throwing out several of its books (Tobias, Judith, Wisdom, Machabees, Ecclesiasticus, Esther among others); opened the door to individual "personal interpretation" of the bible, which is solemnly condemned; proclaimed that one can be saved with faith alone, without works; revealed against the supremacy of the Roman Pontiff; undermined the necessity of priesthood and the sacraments; destroyed the sublimity and necessity of the Sacrifice of the Mass... Probably no one has been more detrimental to the Catholic Church than Luther. He is mainly responsible for the 600 hundred and up Christian "denominations" / sects we have nowadays.

    I agree with your view of Luther.  But in terms of number of souls lead astray, Bugnini, Roncalli, and Montini may be roasting marshmallows right alongside of him.

    Mine, too. I would just discredit all this number stuff. It doesn't take a nonsensical look into numerology to realize that Luther was a heretic.
