It would be wise to buy some organic flax seeds. It's what Indians ate by keeping a pinch or two of seed in their cheeks. They could go days without food, and the cavalry was clueless as to why they could never catch them... it was because they never stopped to eat.

My grandma also told me that a certain Indian tribe, when sending their children out on their own for a long errand, they would give them a handfull of a certain type of corn. The children would eat a few kernels of the corn a day. Just proves that the stuff we eat is void of any nutrition.

It would also be wise to fast as much as possable now. Do not have anything more than three meals a day. Also get healthier foods even if they don't taste as good. Most importantly pray!!!!

In Canada, the UN'S "CODEX ALIMENTARIUS" will be implemented by the federal government by 2011, at the latest. Already, companies such as Monsanto have patented myriads of seeds and plants which will prohibit me ( a small family-farmer) from planting my varieties since their pollen may fertilize my tomatoes, watermelons etc and then I would be guilty of theft - i.e. of their DNA. The government is already hiring thousands of "inspectors" (i.e. goons) who will check the source of my DNA with a socalled "black-box" apparatus that will instantly analyze if my fruit was cross-contaminated from Monsanto's varieties. (i.e. also a lie since as a research scientist and chemical engineer for 15 years I know this is impossible) Nevertheless, thousands and thousands of acres are being purchased in my area by Monsanto or other big agro-businesses.

Land taxes are increasing exponentially making my measely earnings from my small farm incapable of sustaining myself and family. My parents said this was exactly what happened in Eastern Europe when the Communists came. Except now "Communist Party" equals "Monsanto + Big agro-business + Federal and Provincial Governments".

It will become impossible to even grow your own food soon. Notwithstanding the government's new arguments that home-grown food is unsafe (i.e. and therefore a potential burden on our so-called health care system) since you may contaminate your food with e-coli or other bacteria. Also a lie.

May the Immaculate Heart of Our Lady have pity on us and pray for us.
