Speaking of propaganda, look at this chart. It shows that housing has been NEGATIVE FOR SOME TIME yet they reported a few days ago "New home sales went up in July".

Hello!  You NEVER consider the month-to-month, because certain months are ALWAYS slow and others do better every year, it's that simple. The way to gauge how the market is doing is YEAR OVER YEAR. Even a child (with common sense) knows that.

Note that the "talking heads" were all excited and considered the released figure to be "great news".

But look at the chart. Would you say that housing is doing great?
