Honestly, it's unescapable that gun laws are not at fault in this tragedy. So why would present laws change? They won't.

Well, other perhaps that background checks could have been more thorough, but would that be a bad thing? I don't think you support mental patients to be armed do you?

Vandaler, you skipped a beat. Didn't you read that they had just recently disarmed the students. And in another school where the students weren't disarmed, they disarmed the shooter. Unless they are rabid, shooters usually don't shoot up armed people. Disarm people, though, and a few days later you get a shooter. Proven time and again wherever citizens are disarmed, criminals and nuts move right in.
