    • As there is this AMAZING record of "coincidences" when such "drills" are conducted, it might be advisable to pay attention to this - and perhaps to leave Portland and Phoenix (and Guam) if you are there at present.  This might be unnecessary, but the financial/war-mongering situation is getting desperate.  They need a major diversion from the ugly reality.
